The Department of Music was opened in the 2008-2009 academic year. Turkish Folk Music and Turkish Classical Music Main Art Branches were opened in the 2012-2013 academic year. In our department, 4-year undergraduate education is provided. Course schedules; It consists of main vocational courses, basic vocational courses, auxiliary vocational courses, elective courses and common (YÖK) courses. The Department of Music, which has organized and continues to organize mehter, marching band, orchestra and solo performance activities since its establishment, had its first graduates in the 2011-2012 academic year. Today, there are 3 Main Art Branches and 16 faculty members work. 6 of them are faculty members, 4 are lecturers and 6 are research assistants.
