Karabuk University (KBU) Safranbolu Fethi Toker Faculty of Fine Arts organised a print painting workshop with the participation of Painter Prof. Dr. Basri Erdem. The event attracted great interest from the academic staff and students of the faculty. The organisation was led by Prof. Dr. Assist. Pınar ATLI DANAPINAR was in charge of the organisation.
In the workshop, artist Basri Erdem explained the printmaking techniques in detail and offered practical experiences to the students. Participants had the opportunity to explore the mathematical development stages of the printmaking process and learn the techniques in depth.
Erdem said, ‘For the last three years, I have been travelling around universities with original print works belonging to my collection. I continue this exhibition in order to contribute to our students receiving art education.’
